At JSS Biosuccess Pvt Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our returns and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- It is unused and in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable or consumable products
- Health and personal care items once opened
- Products without original packaging or invoice
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order number, reason, and product photos (if applicable).
- We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return procedure.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days to the original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund time may vary based on the payment gateway/bank.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless due to company error.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. If already shipped, you must follow the return process.
